What should a beginner wear for their first free trial class?
No specialized uniform (Dobok) is required on your first day. Wear comfortable sports attire such as athletic track pants and a t-shirt. All training takes place barefoot on sanitized impact mats.
Is Taekwondo safe for young children and girls?
Yes, absolutely. Beginners do not engage in competitive sparring until they have acquired basic blocking and movement fundamentals. All contact sparring is conducted under direct supervision using WT-certified padded headgear, chest guards (hogu), shin guards, and mouthpieces.
Where do training classes take place?
All regular batches, sparring sessions, and masterclasses are held at our dedicated training hall inside Ashiana Public School, Sector 46 A, Chandigarh. Safe campus grounds, spectator seating, and convenient parking are provided.
